So they tore up the carpets in the hallway and put down new carpets. Our standard odd smell has been replaced by a chemical smell which is reminiscent of hotel cleaning products to the extreme. Kind of reminds me of a house building site. The dogs usually stay in the bathroom with pee pads when we don’t take them with us. That’s been kind of annoying because when we come home, we are greeted to the barking, the odor of poo smell 99% of the time, then they run around all happy like they got a knock on the door from Ed McMahon.
